How to dynamically insert components into a template in Angular?

There is a need to insert / remove such tiles dynamically in the component:

How to do this in Angular? I would like each tile to be a separate component.
UPDATE:
I 'm solving this problem:
1) a new element appears on the server.
2) element data is passed to the angular.
3) Angular creates a component and adds it to the existing set of child components (Card Title).
