How to dynamically enable/disable the owl-carousel slider without changing the structure of the slider block?

Hello, I need to make a dynamic slider that will turn on when the screen width is less than 500 px there, and turn off when the screen width is more than the same 500 px. And so that the structure of the sloka-slider does not break. Can this be done with owl-carousel? If not, what can help in this case? (I hope I explained correctly)
PS I thought to just duplicate the block, make one a slider, and the second one a normal one and so alternate them through the display, but the site will go to themforest, and duplication of information will be considered a crutch.
