There is a site site133.ru. I want to make a duplicate of this site, but on the domain mybrand-mycity.rf. How will the search engines react to this? I want to do it in order to raise our site in search positions over competitors, like if you add the keys - brand and city to the site name, then it will be better indexed. The logic is like this.

keyword "duplicate" - only one copy of the site will participate in the search, even if there are minor differences. The maximum that can participate in the issuance is the copy that will clearly indicate the regional component for the region where the search was performed.
