Where do dkbli links come from with the parameter ?C=D;O=A, etc.?

On 1 site I noticed duplicate links with ?C=D;O=A at the end in the webmaster panel.
Googled and found how to close, but did not find an answer where it comes from.
Moreover, in the world search results, there are a lot of pages of different sites with such URLs on different sites.
(On my site, this is probably the legacy of the old admin / CMS, but not the essence.)
