How to drop a variable in AMI or override it in FreePBX?

Good day everyone.
From an external application, an Originate call arrives in AMI with an incorrectly set variable:

Variable: SIPADDHEADER="Call-Info:\;answer-after=0"

The external application code is out of reach (a request to change it has been sent, but this is not a quick matter).
In this regard, a couple of mutually exclusive questions:

• Is there a setting that allows you to drop all custom variables in AMI?
  
• How can I override a variable received via AMI in FreePBX 13 on Asterisk 13?

If the call goes directly to SIP / user, then no way.
If to Local / extension - then you can reset it there
