How to draw up a training plan?

I am 25 years old. At the moment it so happened that I have half a year of absolutely free time (from my main job). I can devote 24 hours a day to programming. I like it and I want to develop in this direction. For 2 months I learned the basic principles of working with html and css. Then I moved on to studying js, at the moment I have mastered the basic concepts. And now I understand that I’m standing still, I don’t know in which direction to move on, to studying vue js or to learn js in more depth ? Or take your time and gain experience in layout? Just when I switched to js, after some period I realized that I was starting to forget, literally, the newly acquired knowledge of html / css. .I at the beginning of my post focused on the fact that I have half a year of free time. I devote an average of 15 hours a day to studying and practicing. No matter how trite it may sound, the goal is to draw out a level of knowledge worthy for minimal competition on the freelance exchange. And then, leave your main job and continue to study programming. I understand that studios, offices are a better option than freelancing, but in the village where I live, there is no such privilege.
In general, tell me how to build a training plan to achieve the above goals?
Thank you all in advance.

1. Frontend Developer Roadmap
2. Leave your native village, the sooner the better. If you are strongly connected with this place, then it will be possible to return in a couple of years.
