Technology books?

Good afternoon everyone!
The question arose of improving the skills of IT department employees, by self-studying the materials.
Recommend books on the following technologies:

  • Windows Server 2008 r2 (core services deployment)
  • Active Directory (infrastructure planning)
  • Exchange Server 2010 (planning and implementation)
  • Cisco (starting from the basics)

Interested in a normal language of presentation, not a dry translation from English. Bookstores offer training courses, but whoever reads scolds them, saying that there is a lot of water and shortcomings.

@bye

Cisco (starting from the basics)
CCNA Discovery, if you have little understanding of network technologies
CCNA Exploration, if you are friends with English and have a little understanding of network technologies
