Hardware Courses (PC Repair and Upgrade)

Hello colleagues!
I own a service center, I understand computers myself, and I have some knowledge. the employees are mostly smart, but they are young and it is often noticeable that there is no understanding of some points. apparently my pedagogical talent is not yet at the highest level, tk. my advice is not always remembered. so I would like to recommend the course. in soft and network areas I found enough on inuit.ru, but in hardware - only specific information. in general terms - a little

Spam please courses so that you can complete the training, and then somehow confirm the change. The presence of diplomas, etc. - not necessary.

Check out the CompTIA A+ certification. Many Training Centers conduct courses for money. Pretty good for a start.

I think that no courses will replace several years of experience in this matter, I advise you to simply choose people carefully when hiring. Arrange an entrance exam. For example, give a friend a few pieces of iron with known problems in advance and ask them to bring them into proper form in a certain amount of time. All pieces of iron are divided into different levels of complexity of problems, etc.
