What is needed for employment as a test engineer, if experience is 0?

Hey!
Please tell me what is needed for employment as a software tester engineer?
There are various courses, from very well-known companies, with guaranteed employment, does anyone have experience, acquaintances who have successfully or not very successfully completed these courses?

Without experience, they don’t take it, but there’s nowhere to get it, only courses remain, for a very biting price tag.
Please tell me in what direction to move for a successful career in software testing.

• at least some representation of the software development pipeline;
  
• understanding of version control systems;
  
• technical background in knowledge (such as education or work in the field of IT);
  
• at least the rudiments of programming knowledge to automate routine tasks.
