How to draw such previews?

I'm not really into design, but please tell me how to draw such previews?

Is there a video on YouTube on how to draw at least something like this? I can't find anything :(

Yes, here is a completely basic job - put a screenshot of the code on the background, put the technology logo on top (you don’t even need to cut it, these logos are in Google without a background in PNG), throw a gradient from black to transparent and write the desired text on top.
What exactly is so difficult here?
Of all the tools you need:
1. Text
2. Gradient
3. Inserting, rotating and scaling pictures
Any introductory video on Photoshop will teach you this.
