Tell me where such pictures are made for articles on the site? Or at least the fonts used

Such pictures are made in any graphic editor (raster or vector - who can do what). There are many different ones, and the most popular are Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, for example).
A background image is selected on top of which text and other graphics are superimposed. How to do this - see the lessons for the program you choose (here is an example of lessons for Photoshop ). In the simplest case, this is placing text on top of the image with the Type tool (available in all editors).
There are a huge number of fonts. Start with the ones already installed on your system. As soon as it becomes not enough, google it and select a couple of new ones (but you don’t need to download collections like “100500 Cyrillic letters” and install them all at once for yourself). There are a lot of articles with reviews of fonts, as well as public pages in social networks, where everything is laid out. It is all elementary.
PS Finding lessons for the same Photoshop is as easy as shelling pears, there are thousands of them both in text form with pictures and on YouTube. It’s easier to see such elementary things yourself, but if you’re too lazy to do it, excuses like “yes, I searched - I didn’t find it,” then they won’t help here either =)
If you need ready-made templates for a graphic editor, then there are a lot of them. Photoshop banner template ,psd instagram template if for a specific format, a VK banner template and according to this principle - there are a lot of such good things. There is a lot on Graphicriver or Creative market , as well as online services like Canva .
