How to draw a house perspective?

I'm mostly a programmer, but sometimes I work with Illustrator for 2D icons. In the distant school years, I drew a one-point perspective:

But there is clearly something else. I just don’t understand where to start to draw something similar to this:

In general, there are ready-made grids in the chandelier. In the menu View -> Perspective Grid -> Two Point... (well, there's a choice).
