How to drag and drop files from the archive to the browser?

Let's open any archive in WinRAR or 7zip (and what, are there others?).
Drag the file from the archive to another window of Explorer or to Photoshop. Everything is OK, the file will be unpacked to a temporary directory without us noticing and will be fed to another program.
However, the same trick does not work for the Chrome browser. The file drops into the browser, but does not open in it. "File not found" error. I assume that this may be due to Chrome's multi-processing.
Do you know a way to drag and drop files from the archiver directly to the browser?
Do not suggest preliminary unpacking of the archive - it is too complicated. The accountant does not
have to think about unpacking the file or the limitations of the system. She just wants to drag the payment order from the archive to the online bank (this is also possible now!). And he has a right to it.

Watching what files you drag and drop into the browser. Almost all files can be dragged into the Yandex browser, including Word Excel PDF, etc.

nanupocuk , it is clear that the question is not about the file type. Try to drag any file from the archive to the browser.
zooks , a daw in the properties of the shortcut and changing the flags in chrome do not solve the problem. Standard forms are becoming rarer, this is not a solution to the problem.
I would be grateful for a working solution or an explanation why this is not possible.
UPD. Unfortunately, no solution has been found. Here is the answer from Evgeniy Roshal, WinRAR developer. He knows the problem.

1. superuser.com/questions/994283/google-chromes-drag...
2. You can teach an accountant to drag not to the browser window, but to the "Browse" button in a standard form with file attachments.
