How to download Visual Studio on Windows 7?

Hello. Please tell me where you can download Visual Studio for Windows 7, except for the site and without this fucking installer. Everything downloaded and installed on the laptop normally, but the laptop grunted the screen. installed on Mac too, with some updates. but on two computers with Windows, the Installer writes that it downloads some 70MB, then installs, asks to wait and everything crashes. What is the reason I can't figure out. Windows is the same everywhere on the laptop and on the computers. why I want to study on Windows, since most of the books with examples are for Windows.
