How to download video with subtitles from VK?

I'm trying to download subtitles from a video, but it doesn't work.
Subtitles are NOT embroidered.

The only service found refuses to work, gives an error ( https://downsub.com/ )
Maybe you can download it by digging into the source code or Chrome Dev Tools?

I used Chrome Dev Tools to solve this problem.
I opened the Network tab, entered "subtitles" in the text filter,
saw a request like

https://vk.com/video?act=subtitles&video=123_456&subtitles=xxxx&hash=yyyy

The response to this request contains subtitles in the WEBVTT format.
I saved the text to a file, then converted it using an online service to the more familiar .SRT format.
