How to download video with segment download?

I tried different programs for downloading, nothing helps, tk. loads the same file in .mp4v format by 1.4-1.8 MB.


there are no m3, .ts, m4s files in the console.

I would also not want my paid account to be blocked for this. Is there any solution to this problem to watch videos offline?
