Why do I have zero video download speed even though the speed is 900+ Mbps?

Good day.
The situation is as follows, the average speed is above 900 Mbps, but elementary video viewing on any sites is impossible, there are no problems with YouTube.

speedtest by default tests the speed to your provider or the speedtest server closest to it (they are installed all over the world by almost all providers), for the test, select another server in it, for example, somewhere on the other side of the globe (if you are in Eurasia, then choose a server in the USA for example)
torrents are even more difficult - in them you can download a file from your housemate (in the city at least the speed will be maximum) and it’s difficult to choose where to download from in advance

Your ISP does a test before their server. What goes beyond the seller is not his area.
Or change
the proxy Or use VPN
