How to download torrents sequentially under linux by default?

Tell me a torrent client for Linux, which could download the file sequentially, and could do so by default.
Like for example in qbittorrent

Download in sequential order
Download last and first piece first

(But there it is impossible to do so by default)
Preferably console.

Set the maximum number of active downloads to 1 in the setting and it will download sequentially one at a time.
I use Transmission
CLI can rtorrent
UPD: but I don’t know sequentially for each file and didn’t even ask such a question. If it's about video files and browsing while downloading, then you might be better off looking at torrent stream style solutions.
