Click on extensions and type in (Aurora X) "seems similar" and the install button.
VSCODE restart after that.
Here, take a look at the whole pack of topics provided. In the same way, copy the theme name and install.
You can also make a custom theme for Vscode.

I personally use a custom one that I made for myself.
