How to download Recovery HD?

When loading Recovery HD on iMac 2011 El Capitan 10.11.6 the boot screen is very long. But the Recovery HD never loads.

There may be a problem with the disk. If you just need to install the OS, try cmd+r https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314

First try Reset NVRAM and Reset System Management Controller (SMC) .
