How to download iTunes for Windows?

• I go to the official page https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
  
• I remove the checkboxes "Send me iTunes updates ..." and "Keep me up to date with Apple news ...", do not specify the mail, indicate the country "Russian Federation" (I also tried not to specify it).
  
• Click the Download Now button
  
• I go to www.apple.com/confirm/itunes/thankyou.html, the download doesn't start. There are no error messages.
  

I disable all adblockers, I repeat the same result. I try in another browser (Firefox and Chromium), the result is the same. What am I doing wrong?

Quite an unexpected question. I followed the link, clicked "Get iTunes Windows", indicated the country, unchecked the boxes, and the download of the exe file began. I'm alright.

Yes, I had it. Enter your email address and check all boxes. The download should start, if it does not work, try the same on other browsers.

Turns out Apple didn't like my American VPN. Who would have thought?
Now another problem: how to download the 64-bit version under 32-bit Windows. Auto-detection works, but does not give a choice :(.
