How to download a Wordpress theme?

Hello!
I want to download the current theme on my wordpress site, but I don't have access to the server and FTP. Only data from the admin.
Can you please tell me how can I download this theme? And is it possible?
I used this method, installed the backup module, and downloaded its archive using it. All the content was there.

I don’t know if it’s possible to download the entire theme, but I know that in the admin panel you can edit any file of any theme, theoretically you can copy one file at a time.
The editor is located in the menu "Appearance"->"Editor" or "your_site/wp-admin/theme-editor.php".

Install PlugIn: wp-FileManager Specify
in its settings:
FileManager > Configuration > Filemanager Default Home location: ../ (two dots slash).
FileManager > Configuration > Allow Download: check the box. Save settings.
Themes are located in the directory: wp-content > themes.
