How to download a movie purchased from Google play?

A movie purchased on Google play can be watched online via YouTube or downloaded to your phone via Google play movies. But on Google play movies, movies are downloaded in encrypted .exo files and it is impossible to decrypt or convert them. Also, they cannot be downloaded from YouTube using standard methods (Savefrom, YouTube DownloadHelper).
Can I somehow download a movie bought from Google play in standard video formats (.mp4, .avi, .mkv)?
P.s. The use of screen recorders immediately disappears, because the method is extremely inconvenient for constant use.

Do you think streaming services are created in order to "buy one -> download mp4 -> put it on rutracker -> download the others -> everyone watched for free"?
