It turns out that in the play console there is a limit on laying out no more than 15 applications per day. VERY GOOD JOBS GOOGLE. I want to say right away that all applications are absolutely normal, everywhere there are restrictions 18+ not for children, advertising is normal, pictures in applications without copyright and with a license to use. Roughly speaking, 99% of applications are not slag, but are actually possible for the user to use.

I wrote to support to raise the limit to 150 per day. I wouldn't be writing this post if I hadn't spent a year of my life and 100k rubles to create this art.

I understand that I'm down and thought through everything to the smallest detail, but did not take into account that limits are possible. What would you suggest people do?

Read the rules, where it is written in English and white "We do not accept applications that differ only by region or are amenable to auto-generation"

I don't think this is normal anymore. I, as a user, would not really like this.
So it is correct in the rules that it is not necessary to cut a bunch of identical applications that differ minimally.
Maybe it's better to file one application in which 150 new wallpapers will be added?
Imagine what would happen if thousands of developers of similar applications sawed a new application for every wallpaper
