How to document non-disclosure of information?

Hello!
My friend and I started to develop an Internet project, and it so happened that I have very little time to deal with it. He wants to delegate some tasks to his acquaintances, but he is afraid that they will steal the idea, information, materials, etc. Neither I nor my friend have any PP, LLC, etc. registered.
What needs to be done and how to properly document the non-disclosure of information between my friend and his acquaintances?

That's right - to lawyers. It is unlikely that there will be someone here who will give you all the necessary documents that fully cover your conditions and tasks.

Only non-disclosure between two legal entities or a legal entity and an individual can be documented. Do you have a legal entity? If not, then you will not secure anything, there is no concept of secret in the Civil Code (well, only a state secret) :)
