How to Dock My Java Application?

I have written a small Java application for Mac. The problem is that I can't pin it to the dock. No experience with Mac. I program under Windows, then I collect on Mac'e.
When pinning to the dock with the right mouse button, after closing the application and trying to start it again, a terminal appears and nothing else. As I understand it, you need to write a script to run and fix it in the dock?
