How to do UTP line switching when migrating a host?

Good afternoon, dear readers of the question
The problem is the transfer of the switching node to the next room.
As a result, about 60 UTP lines need to be extended, because cable entry is located in the old room.
Question - are there any IT-solutions on this issue? Any cross panels, distribution boxes specifically for IT ?
Well-known solutions - twists and telephone plinths, I myself know, various connectors for telephony and pass-through adapters too.
These options are reliable and simple, but is there a ready-made solution for IT?
Thank you for understanding the essence of the issue, I ask without bile.
How to do I know, I want to do better :)

No problems at all - 60 * 2/24 = 5 patch panels of 24 ports are taken, 60 incoming cables are embroidered on two 24-port panels and another half is used. Outgoing cables - similarly. And we connect stupidly with patch cords. It is clear, simple, and relatively cheap, and quite reliable.
But it's better to take 6 patch panels, so there will be a clear division - it comes to these, it leaves from these.
In short, at least a 9U locker, but you have to leave it indoors, although there will be one passive.
If the goal is to completely remove everything from there, then just drag all the lines, and this is not always possible.

Crimp the cable and extend it through the "barrel" to the right place, if you do not leave anything in the old room.
