How to do SEO in Angular 4?

Good evening, we have a landing page on angular 4 (yes, we didn’t think about it and made a landing on spa), there are several options to remake it for SEO. The first is to do SSR using Angular Universal (a bit strange for a Landing page), the second is to transfer everything from angular to regular html (but here the developer says that a lot of plugins are used there and it will not be fast, which is a minus for us), and the third an option, is it possible to build an Angular project as a multiple page site, i.e. not a SPA.
