How to do bulk image editing?

I really hope for help from knowledgeable people on the photoshop program.
So what do I need? For an online store of cool clothes, you need to prepare images. There are pictures of products (men's t-shirt, women's t-shirt, children's t-shirt, sweatshirt, longsleeve, t-shirt, etc.), these products are also available in many colors:
1. Men's t-shirt - 10 colors
2. Women's t-shirt - 10 colors
3. Children's T-shirt - 10 colors
4. Sweatshirt - 5 colors
5. Men's T-shirt - 2 colors
6. Women's T-shirt - 2 colors, etc.........
All these products (t-shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts...) need to be overlaid with images in png format and the already arranged image t-shirt (bottom layer) + transparent picture on the chest (top layer) should be saved as a finished image, which will then be placed on the site.
The next question? How can you make this whole process as easy as possible? Now, as I do, I load all the base pictures in all colors into Photoshop - this is about 45 images. Then I load pn-geshki (pictures that need to be superimposed on goods) and alternately pull on each base and save.
Is it possible to automate this process somehow? Mon-geshek (.png) just 4-5pcs. e.g. for white fabric, for dark fabric, etc. It turns out that I need to put the same p-geshka on a white women's, then on a white children's, then on a white sweatshirt, etc. Maybe there is a way to immediately pull it on all the white bases, then the next p-geshka on all the red bases, etc.
I really hope for your help, I'm really ready to thank you for solving this problem.
Many thanks to all who responded! :)

@qweqwa

In Photoshop, this is called Actions
. Record a sequence of actions (like how you create a macro).
And you launch it.
