How to do automatic copy and paste in Windows?

Hi all!
There is a web page and a window program for Windows.
In a web page, a table with the value
Number|Amount
When you click on the hotkey, the information should be copied to the buffer and pasted into certain fields in another (open) program that has 2 such fields.
Please share your experience, how can this be done?
I will be immensely grateful for your answers/comments.

Try AutoIt. Knows a lot.
In general, you can do a lot on anything, it depends on skills, knowledge and the degree of necessity / stubbornness. Though on WinAPI.
