How to do a search and replace in a text file via PUTTY?

I made a backup of the SQL database and in it you need to replace some words through PUTTY, because I do not want to download the database to the computer, change everything and upload it again.
Changing in each table is not an option

putty is just an ssh client.
replacement is done either by means of text editors ( nano , vim ) or system commands ( sed )
