How to distribute WIFI from a hospital?

Who knows a good program for this? mHotspot - OK, but I can't connect to the network from my phone. I use a wifi adapter dlink dwa 140, maybe they have standard software to raise an access point?
I also tried manually - unsuccessfully, although maybe I don't know about some pitfalls?
