How to distribute transactions across multiple accounts?

Hello! I am interested in such a question, how to distribute transactions between different accounts? For example, a payment comes in, and I need the system to credit 40% to my account and 60% to another account (the account of a user of my site). In this case, the accounts can be in different payment. That is, if the user of my site receives payment on webmoney, then my interest should also come to me on webmoney, and so with all payment systems.
Tell me the solution, who had a similar experience, maybe there are some other options if payment systems do not have such capabilities?
I would like to get as much information about this as possible (articles, videos, tips...)
It would also be nice to see code examples
The system will run on laravel

Extrasex suggested that we are talking about a referral/partnership.
So, paying for something on your site and paying interest to partners are two completely separate things that work.
When paying, you just need to remember to whom how much you need to give, read how to keep records and balances of users.
In the future, most likely in a semi-manual mode to make payments.
For example, via webmoney https
://masspayment.wmtransfer.com/wiki.webmoney.ru/projects/webmoney/wiki/%D0%A1%D0%...
It is enough to generate a file with a list of wallets and amounts.
no one in their right mind will do this, because all systems need to be integrated and formalized, and more precisely, few of them are able to send money automatically or do not allow the first person to do it.
Therefore, you need to choose one thing, and resolve issues with the transfer between your accounts on your side, and not tell partners "well, you fill in 10 different wallets, and we will send you a random one each time."
