How to distribute the Internet from the phone (android) to the local network?

In general, the desired topology is conditionally like this, a computer and a phone are connected to the router (without an Internet connection), the phone has mobile Internet, is it possible to send traffic from the computer to the Internet via the phone?

You need to take an additional WiFi router in the "bridge" mode. On it, connect to the LAN and to WiFi from the phone.

Switch the router to the "Access Point \ WIFI Access point" mode (if it can), hook it to the access point turned on on the phone, wire it to the computer.

If the router has a USB port, then you can simply connect the phone in modem mode and everything will start.

There are several options:
1) Create an access point on the phone and connect to it with a router, depending on what it can do, it can be a client, bridge or repeater
2) If the router has USB, then connect the phone as a modem with a cable to the router
3) If it is not possible to connect wired Internet, then in the long term it is better to buy a USB modem and connect to the Internet through it
PS It would be nice to indicate the model of the router
