Are there solutions "caching proxy + banner cutter + traffic compression" for mobile Internet?

I was concerned about saving mobile traffic, the following idea came to my mind: install software on a home server (accessible from the world by domain name or ipv6), which will allow you to connect to it from mobile android devices and will work as a caching proxy + banner cutter + traffic compression.
Local solutions such as Adfree save almost no traffic. the request and sending of advertising banners by the provider are taken into account as usual, they are simply not shown on the device screen. OS of the server part is any, tk. it is possible to run virtual machines.

Linux + openvpn (as default-route) + transparent squid + ziproxy. There are a lot of ways to cut ads (the same rejik, although it is strange),
pgl.yoyo.org/as/#other here it is approximately written how to use sheets from adblock in squid (but it is not said where to download the sheets).

handycache (http\socks proxy), it cuts most of the banners out of the box + you can cut the file size and other parameters. Compression as far as I know in some form is also there. It is set to Win, the port opens, on the smart, the proxy server is indicated in the network settings (either in the apn access point settings or in the Wifi connection settings)
