How to distribute the Internet from different channels (by proxying and dns) to several virtual subnets?

There is a host server (192.168.1.100) under OpenSuse, several vmware (Linux, windows) virtual machines (172.194.0.0/24, 192.168.70.0/24, 192.168.150.0/24) are set up, they, in turn, have their own sandboxes.
It is necessary to distribute the Internet / direct all TCP and UDP traffic from / to different proxies, for example 1 localhost: 80 2 localhost: 81 3 localhost: 82, the dns server will be 1 192.168.1.1:57.
On the host machine, the Internet should not be affected and work in the corp network. How to check this?

I think you should draw a diagram of this economy, so nothing is clear
