Why don't usb ports work on Windows, while everything works fine on Linux?
Good day! I installed Linux next to Windows and at the beginning everything was fine, but suddenly the mouse stopped working in Windows, as it turned out later, because the USB ports stopped working. I switched to Linux, and everything works fine there. Tried a lot to fix it, but alas. Tell me, good people, what to do?

After a marathon with tambourines, I formatted the partition with linux. After that, the Grub bootloader still remained. The problem with the drivers remains.
Then removed the Grub bootloader. Then my Windows stopped loading.
Now the problem with non-working USB ports is irrelevant (((
IMHO it was somewhere near GRUB, with my obsolete BIOS MBR and the disk table that was on GPT.
View logs. Move the mouse. As for me, you have a virus in Windows, or you throw the device into a virtual machine
And in the device manager, by any chance, there are no errors with the code 19,43,10?
