I set up IPv6 on the first Mikrotik router - everything works, all computers on the network are connected, but the second Mikrotik router does not want to distribute further to another network.

There are two ways to get IPv6,
you can use DHCPv6-PD
or you can use SLAAC to configure it on Mikrotik and that's all
