Oddities with Mikrotik as wlan station: ping/connection in one direction disappears???

Hi all. There is a Netgear 2.4/5 router, address field .44.0/24, gate .44.1
Mikrotik is connected to it by wlan-om2 and receives the address .44.10 Station
mode (although I tried others).
The route to the .44.0/24 network is set via wlan2.
Masquerade and so on work, all clients of lan mikrotik through nat have excellent internet.
Problem: Mikrotik .44.10 DOES NOT ping and is not visible from any of the devices on the 44.0/24 network (at the same time, network traffic comes from it, and everything is fine).
BUT (!) it is worth writing in the microtic terminal, for example, ping .44.1 (or another, for example, .5 - a laptop) - this happens: the first icmp packet gives a timeout, but the next ones start to pass AND SIMULTANEOUSLY .44.10 starts to ping and all its services are visible (and it works dst-nat rules, etc.). I stop the ping in the Mikrotik terminal, everything works. From the network side, I stop ping and after about 10 seconds .44.10 disappears (there is no ping and services from the outside, nat Mikrotik clients have Internet).
I can also lower and raise the wlan2 interface and the ping starts to go through (from the outside), but if I stop it or do nothing (do not go into the microtik webadmin, etc.) in this direction, it falls off again (in the same one-way manner).
I don't know what to do, where to go, what to ask...
I thought to make a script that will ping continuously 44.1, but this is an idiotic crutch.
Thank you!

@JackBauer

The problem turned out to be netgire. Even with the isolation of clients turned off, he does this. Piece of iron Nighthawk. Oddly enough, after poking the options in it, everything worked.
