How to safely set up mikrotik rb2011 as a media converter?

There is an office network. The Internet comes through optics. As a Mikrotik RB750Gr3 router, a white static ip is configured on ether1. It does the job but lacks an optical port. There is also Mikrotik RB2011UiAS, which is idle. The question is how to safely configure the second router (rb2011) so that it only and exclusively broadcasts the signal from the optics to the copper wire, without reconfiguring the first one (rb750gr3).

Ps How optics is translated now - it does not matter.
