Is the computer "I also want to access VPN" located on the network 192.168.200.0? Add a static route to the VPN network on it through the 192.168.200.100 gateway, make a reverse route to the 192.168.200.0 network via Mikrotik on the remote VPN server, or set up a masquerade on Mikrotik.
