How to distribute Android games through a publisher?

Hello!
I have a question for people who have sold android games through a publisher.
Made a game. I'm not a salesman, so it's a good idea to put this in the hands of an android game publisher. Thankfully, there are many.
Here's a list I dug up: Chillingo, G5, FDG Entertainment, Playmous, Renatus, Wooga, Kongregate, Rovio Stars, Game Insight, KamaGames
I have a few questions for the connoisseurs:
1. Do I need to be an IP to do business with a publisher?
I have strong doubts that the income from the game will cover the annual tax. And I remember a bunch of reports to the FIU, the FSS, the Tax Office as a nightmare.
2. Do I need to upload the game (or demo) to the market before starting to communicate with the publisher? And is it necessary to do this at all if the publisher will sell anyway?
3. What kind of materials should be provided to the publisher? I made a short video, screenshots.
4. Do you need to negotiate with publishers one by one, or is it better to send them all at once?
And in general, does the publisher require exclusive distribution rights or does everyone just add the game to the list on the site?
5. Almost all publishers have a mandatory field in the form for adding a game. Company
What should I write there if there is no company? Does it make sense to come up with some name if it is not officially registered?

For the first three questions, the publisher will tell you everything. No steps like laying out a demo should not be done. You can send letters to everyone at once, whoever answers - sort, look to whom it is better, who has better conditions, ask about the exclusive. About the fifth point - again, ask a specific publisher in the support.
