Draw in vector and just move the points. And draw a gradient along the fold

Select the text, convert it to a smart object, press Ctrl + T, switch to warp mode (usually the icon of a curved trapezoid with arrows in the top panel), a grid appears, make the desired shape from this grid.
Then in the blending options of the layer fill with a gradient, and adjust the linear gradient.
