Good day. There is such a site for example - matahari.kiev.ua
When I send this link in viber, I see such an interesting design of it.

I tried to figure it out myself, inserted the same meta tags on my site, my picture, but nothing came of it. Either I'm doing it wrong, or with github-om it won't work for me?
Tell me what exactly needs to be inserted into the head for such a result? And should the site be located on a hosting with Php support or am I already making this up...?
