Create multiple pages with different content and assign them all the same template?
You select a theme (template) in "Appearance / Theme" and create pages in "Pages". Need to put them on the menu? You go to the "Appearance / Menu" Create a menu in the place selected by the theme and, if necessary, specify that all created pages are picked up automatically. If you need a blog, in settings / Reading you specify the blog page. Need pages with custom content display and input fields? Google the topic "Taxonomies" or create custom templates inside the topic and give individual pages separate templates (not themes).
