The question is that, how can the function be implemented, displayed with a selection of dates (from what date and to what date). That is, the meaning is this - "show the submitted webform data from 11/16/2017 to 11/20/2017 for example" and the submitted data should appear in accordance with this date range.

Use filters in Views (what is in the Russian version of "filtering criteria"), they will be quite enough for you, there is no need to alter the request.
