How to access database via root user after installing Drupal via cPanel?

I'm building a website with goDaddy. In cPanel through "Web applications - Drupal" installed the Drupal engine. Next, I want to hook up to the newly created Drupal database through root, but I find that I can’t log in as root with an empty password.
Did you set a random password for root when installing cPanel? Can this be fixed?

There is access via SSH. It was possible to connect without resorting to adding a user for another host
