I know pretty well everything I need... php, js, mysql, html (bootstrap, foundation), I know some php and js frameworks. I do different things mainly for intracorporate use, but I had no business with an online store.
The store is not big, the goods are all of the same company, a small assortment and almost all of the same type. Filters by product parameters are not needed. The picture is the cost. Cart - payment by card. It should be concise, stylish, beautiful. The audience is young girls.
The client wants it to be on Bitrix. But he is far from the topic, and apart from Bitrix knows nothing.

I made stores on Drupal 7 + Ubercart/Commerce, now I work with Wordpress + Woocommerce.
