Hello.
How can you do it right?
I made category taxonomy materials on the site through views For example: site.ru/anime ,
and there is a standard link when creating a taxonomy site.ru/taxonomy/term/4 also displays materials of the same category.
How can the standard link /taxonomy/term/4 be closed from the user and search engines?

to hide the link from the user, you need not to show it anywhere on the site.
to close the link from search engines, you need to register the appropriate directives in robot.txt
