The server runs node.js applications using forever.js . Let's say I log in from one user, and processes are launched from others, then how can I see and control the processes of the rest? The problem is that I can see the running processes of my user. Is this a solvable problem?

Only with the root user. If you wish, you can write a utility that launches user applications as root.
